I work for HP and we had a large order to place today. We called you at 11:05 and let the phone ring and ring until I was eventually disconnected. I called back. Same thing. It's now 11:35, 35 minutes after you say you're open, and I'm still listening to a ringing phone. I've already placed my $80 order with Dion's but I was calling back to let you know that whomever is supposed to be there taking your orders, which I assume you rely on to stay in business, is totally dropping the ball. Unfortunately for you we will not be calling back the next time we want to spend $80-100 on pizza...
Answer: Our lines were cut on Friday morning due to some construction nearby and they were down for a couple of hours. Sorry you had this disappointing experience and had to settle for Dion's.
